Word is spreading around that Halo 3 will offer gamers the ability to play as the berserkers we know as “Brutes”. According to some Euro bloggers, a new Halo 3 trailer will be landing on Live Marketplace on December 20th, in which the Brutes will be featured as a playable race. The posts also claimed that the video, which will run about seven minutes, will contain 2 and a half minutes of actual Halo 3 gameplay! The first we’ve ever seen.

Both PlatoniX and YLA G, who are the owners of the two blogs, are listed as Xbox Ambassadors on Xbox.com. However, keep in mind that doesn’t give them special privelages and they didn’t cite any credible sources.

Is it fact or is it fiction? Theres no way to no for now. However, I wouldn’t put it past Bungie for them to have a few tricks up their sleeve.
